In the summer of 2018, North Fork Bread Co. was established to introduce naturally-leavened sourdough breads to the greater Northeast Nebraska region. Although the original plan was to supply local grocery stores and eateries, the demand for fresh, health-conscious options inspired us to go further.

NoFo Pizza & Café is our response to Norfolk's growing appetite for from-scratch cooking and thoughtful hospitality. The name "NoFo" is a nod to the North Fork of the Elkhorn River and our original venture, North Fork Bread Co.
